Yaki-imo at Enmusubi are made by slowly baking them in a pot in the store.

The Yaki-imo are so moist that they drip honey and have a natural sweetness.

The manager personally selects the best kind of Yaki-imo for each season.

In Japan, Yaki-imo are usually eaten in the fall, but they have made it possible to enjoy them all year round.
